Every quote includes the time needed to do the job properly. Lawn visits include setup, tidy-down, and a quick check-in before we leave.
What influences your quote?
- Size & complexity: lawn area, hedge height, access, slopes, and obstacles determine how long a visit takes.
- Condition: well-kept spaces stay on guide pricing; overgrown or recovery work may need a first-visit reset before moving to maintenance rates.
- Frequency: weekly or fortnightly rounds keep pricing efficient, while ad-hoc projects include setup and tidy-down on the day.
- Extras: waste haulage, treatments, or sealing are itemised clearly so you can add or remove them before confirming the booking.
How the quoting process works
- Share your address, access notes, and the services you have in mind through the contact form or WhatsApp.
- Attach photos or rough measurements if you can—helpful for confirming whether we can quote remotely or should visit.
- We’ll reply within one working day with either a confirmed quote or suggested site visit slots.
- Once you give the go-ahead, we lock in dates and send a short welcome email summarising what to expect.
Quick reminders
- Routine lawn visits carry a £30 minimum to cover travel, setup, and tidy-down.
- Clippings are taken away for modest loads; larger haulage is quoted per tonne bag.
- Travel within 10 miles of Coggeshall is included. We simply flag mileage if you are further out.
