  • DBS-checked, fully insured operator with PPE and Risk Assessments/Method Statements (RAMS)

  • Flexible scheduling—early morning or low-traffic times to avoid residents and visitors
  • Emergency call-outs for storm damage, fallen branches, or unexpected clean-ups

Site consultation

Walk the grounds with your facilities lead to understand zones, access, resident needs, and any compliance requirements.

Tailored maintenance plan

A written schedule outlining visit frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), task lists per zone, reporting format, and agreed response times.

Transparent pricing

Work is priced per visit or on a fixed monthly retainer. Benchmarks: £240 per maintenance day for a single operative, or from £1,100 per month for weekly care of grounds up to two acres (including reporting). Larger estates and multi-acre lawns are quoted after measuring.

Mobilisation & reporting

Start dates, contact protocols, and escalation paths agreed in writing. Each visit includes a log with photographs, completed actions, and any issues needing attention.
