Most fortnightly rounds fall here. Allows time for a smart finish, tidy paths, and a quick photo update before we leave.
Large lawns
201–400 m²
Suited to multi-section lawns or gentle slopes. Pricing covers clippings removal for the first tonne bag.
Very large lawns
401–800 m²
For estates and shared grounds. We factor in ride-on kit or additional handling to keep the finish consistent.
Estate lawns

Quoted individually after a site visit so we can plan crew size, ride-on routes, and waste handling.
How the rounds work
- You pick your preferred cadence—weekly or fortnightly through the growing season, then monthly as growth slows.
- We confirm access notes, parking, and any pets up front so visits run smoothly without you needing to be home.
- Before leaving we tidy paths and patios, latch gates, and send a short update with photos when you request it.
- Invoices arrive monthly or per visit depending on what suits you. Payment is by bank transfer or on-site card.
